Why book with Brit Icon Tours?
Established in 2016, Brit Icon Tours offers quality tours with experienced, friendly and knowledgeable guides who will give you an insight and experience that is second to none.

Are my credit card / debit card details safe?
Yes. Your payment details are taken through a secure system operated by Fareharbor who are PCI Compliant. In other words, Fareharbor has to pass rigorous tests to ensure that they achieve the high standards and legal requirements of compliance with the Payment Cards Industry (PCI). When you make a payment online, you can rest assured that both your personal and your payment details are completely secure. In addition, Brit Icon Tours does not store or hold any of your card information.

Do you offer group discounts?
If your group consists of 10 or more people, then please email our Groups Department who will be happy to assist you with your enquiry and see what we can arrange for you.

Can we show our tickets on a mobile phone without presenting a printed copy, as we do not have access to a printer?
Yes. The guide will also have your name on their tour guest list.

Do I need to book in advance?
It is highly recommended that you book in advance for weekends, school and public holidays, as we often sell out a few days in advance.
Pre-booked purchases carry a single booking fee of £1 on the transaction price.

Do I get a ticket sent to me?
We do not issue printed tickets. You will be given a reference number and this is all you require to board or join a tour. If you book on-line, your reference number will appear on your confirmation email which can be printed out once your booking has been confirmed.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
We are very happy to arrange private tours for anyone with impaired mobility subject to advance notice and exact requirements. Please email or call our booking office on 0844 247 2277 to arrange this.

Can I take my pets/animals on board?
Pets or animals of any nature are not permitted on board except for guide dogs or hearing dogs.

Guide dogs and hearing dogs must be allocated a seat on board any vehicle tour (free of charge) so please email or call our booking office on 0844 247 2277 to arrange this. Our tours are very popular at peak times, so we advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Should I tip the guide or driver after the tour?
In the UK, tips are not required. However, any donations are gratefully received!

How can I pass on my comments to Brit Icon Tours?
